BCM in my experience over torques the snot out of their barrel nuts. I've heard of people gaining accuracy by merely loosening and re-torquing their barrel down. It depends. The BFH barrels are definitely a step above in long term durability. Non-bfh is probably equivalent. But we are talking 10k+ semiauto rounds on an aero barrel before you see any accuracy problems. The BCM BCG is probably a step above in qc, but i have had the same number of issues with both, and they were minor problems.
