I know I'll be downvoted but I liked the rarity of Legendaries on BL1. It made them feel special. In BL3 on mayhem mode, I just did the Circle of Slaughter & received 8 Legendaries. I kept the Cutsman & Hellwalker & sold the remaining 6 after trying out, researching on forums & finding them not suited to me or too gimmicky. It turns out the problem was vsync/gsync related, here's what I did to fix it: -enable gsync in nvidia control panel (if you monitor is compatible) -manually set the framerate limit in bl3 to match you panel refresh rate (mine is 165hz) -try with vsync disabled. -try dx12 if you are currently on dx11.October 31, 2023 by Nelson Ayers.
