A new version of Kosmos was released a few days ago. So I went ahead and made a backup of four folders: atmosphere, bootloader, sept & switch. I downloaded the latest Kosmos and put the new folder it comes with.

After that, I noticed my games where showing [!] and figured I needed to update the sigpatches. I have tried copying the updated sigpatches over to the sd card and that didn't work.That's the case with the latest update for the Switch, bringing it to OFW 16.0.2, released today. If after updating both Atmosphere and the sigpatches you still have that issue, then try booting in Maintenance mode.
