I would definitely have at least the cardio, pulm, GI, Renal questions done for sure. The 200 remaining would be the other sections (rheum, ID, heme, etc). I would be able to do both if I only do 2 NBMEs out of the 6 possible (this includes the 4 current ones and the 2 they retired). If you are the type of person whose memory is so flawless that you remember some rando pulmonary question you did in November when you are studying in April, then step 1 shouldn't be an issue for you anyways.
