I've tried several things, like EMP grenades (she moves to fast), stealth (she sees me and runs towards me), stealth+hiding at the stairs (she slowly comes towards me but sees me once she comes around the corner and I get no chance to grab her). I ended up fighting with my bare hands, hoping that would be non-lethal, and ended up killing her..
