The speed of the games is tied to the frame rate, if a game is natively 30fps and you mod it to be 60 the game will run at twice speed. If you really want it to stay at 30 fps you can always activate the frame limiter in Emulation > Configure... > General > Framerate Cap. 1. On ryujinx, probably not.
