May 16, 2019 · This is the Mobile Drilling Rig Steam Workshop blueprint for Space Engineers! A large mobile base with a giant drilling arm attached on to it. With fully automated deployment of the drill and even ramp at the rear of the ship and automated stone sifter, it makes a great survival mode survival base! Easy Starter Mining Rig. Instead of building a miner, I get just enough ingots from stone refining to make a piston and drill, then use that to keep my refinery full and keep adding pistons and drills. When you need to add more pistons, detach the drills, add as many as you can fit, then merge them up!Turn off the timers for the piston extensions. Turn off the azimuth rotor. Trigger a timer to retract your horizontal pistons. Retract your tracking piston (remember to match the velocity of the horizontal pistons) Turn on an event controller monitoring the tracking piston for 0% extension. This event controller will close the respective door.
